The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a safe area near Laredo. Stayed in a gorgeous suite with housekeeping services. The suite had a king bed and a couch. A microwave, coffee & tea makers, and a refrigerator were provided if needed.

I loved how just about everyone greeted with a smile. Loved to talk to you and went out of their way.

There were a couple members of the staff that would make me uncomfortable. They would just stare at me. I would greet them and they would not respond.

Convenient location close to the airport, other Embassy Suites, and various restaurants. Spacious room with seating area, work desk, iron, and ironing board provided. Excellent customer service.

The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping, dining, and the mall in Laredo. The staff are organized, professional, and provided wake-up service and ironing services.

No crowd control during breakfast. How do you control that? Rude customers from Nuevo Laredo. Such an air of entitlement and they don't care who they bump into, cut in front of, and they park everywhere blocking sidewalks and handicapped ramps. Staff needs to keep an eye on that. I saw several elderly people struggling with their bags because of the NL people driving like they're still in Mexico!

The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were exceptionally cozy and the TV set was great. I appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The bathroom was well-equipped with a tub. The hotel's location in Laredo was convenient, with restaurants, the mall, and other places nearby. A variety of food options were available at a moderate distance from the hotel. Early check-in and the service were fantastic. The pool was nice and comfortable for relaxing.

This place is a fantastic spot for a quick overnight stay with spacious rooms featuring a comfortable king bed and sofa, excellent housekeeping, exceptional and friendly staff, as well as delicious breakfast options.

We booked it before and recommend it to everyone. Had a really nice stay for a weekend get away, everything was fine. - This hotel is set in a central area just off Laredo, Texas, and other places here in Laredo.

This place was great, super clean and the staff were really efficient. The beds were comfy too. Loved the spotless room with a convenient kitchenette, that was a nice bonus! ✨

The rooms were incredibly spacious with two queen beds. The staff was courteous and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast and evening reception were a great added bonus. The hotel facilities were impressive. The only minor issue was with the cleanliness and temperature control in the rooms.
